A quick and easy meal in a cup for busy days. Filling and satisfying!
Ingredients
  • 1 - 1½ c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
  • 1 T. chia seeds
  • 2 T. peanut butter
  • 1 c. frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 c. spinach
  • ½ c. ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the order listed in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend well to combine.
  3. Pour and serve!
